É com muito orgulho que vos convido a visitarem a partir de dia 19 de Abril na @factoryfusionhub em Lagos a minha exibição. Um sonho finalmente tornado realidade! Estou muito feliz pela oportunidade de poder explorar o meu trabalho de Mural/Graffiti/Tattoo num formato estúdio e de vos poder mostrar o resultado! Irei apresentar uma série de obras inéditas, sobre temas que me cativam (Rebeldia, Existencialismo, Metamorfoses…) e que exploro neste universo visual que mistura Cartoon, Surrealismo e Metal.
[ENG] I am proud to invite you to visit Disruptive Behaviours, my first exhibition, from the 19th of April at @factoryfusionhub in Lagos. A dream becoming a reality! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to take my work from its usual Mural/Graffiti/Tattoo environment and explore it in a Studio format. I will present a series of new Canvases that talk about several themes that Interest me like Rebellion or Existentialism all within this universe that blends Cartoon, Surrealism and Metal.

I'm going to start guiding a weekly yoga practice at @factoryfusionhub in downtown Lagos on Tuesday mornings, and it will go a little something like this ....
The class will be 75 minutes long, and although there will be a bit of warming flow, the majority of the practice will be yin yoga β¨οΈ
Each class will have a different theme. As we are focusing on inner work, themes will be things like 'letting go' , 'freedom' and 'inner child' π
π¦We'll start with some easy warm and release movements and deepen and slow our breath together π¬
π¦We'll then warm our bodies and hearts with some flow
π¦We'll then relax into yinπ§βοΈ
π¦During the yin practice, there will be no standing asanas π
π¦I have props like straps, blocks, and blankets to help you get comfy in each yin pose
π¦We will hold each pose for 3 minutes, but you will be free to exit the pose anytime if you feel it's done enough work π
This practice is for you - not for me. You are not aiming to impress me or your neighbour... you are only aiming to feel good and to let go, in body and in mind π»π€
This practice will not be focused on how you look aesthetically or on perfect alignment. Your focus will be on how you feel, within yourself πͺ·
