Cyclical Wisdom workshop

Did you know that there's more to your menstrual cycle than just your periods ? During a cycle, your main reproductive hormones fluctuate to prepare your bodies for fertility and they are divided in 4 phases. Every 28 to 35 days, this hormonal dance begins, creating this notion of cyclicity. Every 28 to 35 days, you go through these four phases, and are influenced in a unique way for each phase.

Our hormones have a significant influence on many aspects • from our emotions and energy levels to our body sensations, strengths and vulnerabilities. 🤔 How can we expect you to show up every day the same way knowing that within a month's time - you are going through 4 different phases with unique needs.

Together, in the cyclical wisdom workshop we will explore :

- the beauty and power of being cyclical
- the beauty and uniqueness that each phase can bring us from lights to shadows
- tips on how to cycle synch' naturally so that you become a real ally with your body and your cycle.

This workshop is made for all women that are curious to learn about their bodies and feminine essence at any stage of their menstrual life - the cyclicalprint remains.
Hosted by Elina, women's empowerment mentor who helps women to reconnect with the sacredness of their bodies & remember the wisdom of their cyclical essence.

Experience the space differently.

The Fusion Factory Hub is filled with colour, craft, and imagination, a living gallery of local creativity. In this workshop, the hub itself and the people within it become our muse.

We will be exploring the art and objects around us, noticing textures, patterns, and shapes. Through a series of playful speed drawing exercises, we will create expressive portraits that capture the energy of both the space and the community.

This is about freedom and exploration, not realism. Expect lively mark-making, abstract faces, and a joyful atmosphere that celebrates both individuality and connection.

No experience needed — whether you’re an artist or simply curious, come along and have some fun.
